Bracknell Forest Council Climate Change focus group

With energy costs quickly rising and consumers paying more attention to the environment than ever, we know that many businesses are thinking about climate change and saving energy at the moment. Businesses have a key role to play in reaching the borough’s net zero targets, but adapting to climate change will also be vital to ensure that local enterprises can survive and thrive in the long term. This is why Bracknell Forest Council is developing a business engagement strategy for climate change, which will set out support for businesses to help them make progress over the next five years.

Bracknell Forest Council are keen to understand the experiences and views of local businesses to make sure their strategy is as helpful as possible. If you are interested in taking part in a one-hour virtual focus group to share your experiences, please email economic.development@bracknell-forest.gov.uk. The focus groups will be taking place on the 8th, 9th, and 20th of March, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to participate. This is your chance to let Bracknell Forest Council know more about the challenges you are facing and the support you would find most helpful, and would be really grateful for your input.
