On Wednesday 9th October Bracknell BID organised an open session, run by Puregym Bracknell.
Puregym is Britain’s largest gym chain by membership, with over 1,500,000 members registered to their gyms. PureGym also operate gyms in 8 more countries and have over 500 locations worldwide. It prides itself on being affordable, flexible and welcoming all abilities.
This free session gave employees within the Southern and Western business areas the opportunity to take part in free health assessments, which looked at BMI, body fat percentage, blood pressure and heart rate monitoring and postural analysis.
They also received free advice from qualified Puregym employees on all things exercise, nutrition, sleep/recovery and stress management. Mini one to one consultations took place for those willing to discuss their fitness goals or nutrition-related topics.
Finally there were several challenges and games with prizes/ and giveaway up for grabs.

Bracknell BID would like to help improve BID employee’s health and fitness. As well as reducing stress, providing health incentives and free events such as bootcamp and spinning classes, all of which are in line with current objectives, other events can be seen here.
