Online workplace training provider leading the way in eLearning

Established in 2007, iHasco are dedicated to making workplace training simple, engaging, quick and easy to access. Now in their second decade, the Bracknell-based company has delivered over 20 million video-based, online training courses to thousands of organisations across the UK, reinforcing workplace safety, compliance, and professional development.

Their extensive course library now offers over 200 accredited, e-learning courses, enabling users to logon to their admin platform, assign or complete training, view reports, monitor progress and download certificates as required. The courses cover a range of business areas including high-quality Health and Safety Management, HR Compliance and soft skills training.

Compatible with any device, the online learning courses offer a range of accessibility features and are pre-translated into over 41 languages. This convenience and flexibility allows employees to routinely complete training at a time that best suits them, ultimately saving businesses time and money in comparison to the traditional face-to-face method of training. All courses come accredited by CPD, with many also approved by IOSH, RoSPA, IIRSM, and Citation.

Since moving into their new office in Arlington Square in 2021, the team have added at least 50 new courses to their repertoire and continue to be busy planning and launching new and updated courses whilst attending a range of regional events, including the annual Bracknell BID Jobs Fair, where they enjoyed connecting with local talent and businesses.

iHasco’s Managing Director, Nathan Pitman says: “We have an 18-year history as a proud employer in Bracknell, delivering market-leading workplace eLearning solutions that prioritise quality, creativity, and simplicity. Our courses in Health & Safety, HR Compliance, and Soft Skills are designed to empower businesses of all sizes, helping them stay compliant, safe and more productive. Our team are committed to making workplace training engaging, accessible and effective as opposed to just clicking through a series of slides as a tick box exercise.”

Future growth and a commitment to excellence in eLearning

Businesses of all shapes and sizes across all industry sectors have their unique training requirements met by iHasco, whether they are a small team or organisation with a single member of staff to huge enterprises like Yodel, with thousands of employees. Some of their most popular courses include Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Display Screen Equipment, Mental Health Awareness, Cyber Security Awareness, GDPR UK Essentials, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

Nathan adds: “Everything is made in-house. We take pride in what we do, and we’ve got our very own team of experts here in Bracknell, who research, write, film and animate all our courses. They are designed to help your staff be safe, compliant and happy. We believe all staff deserve an equally fantastic learning experience.”

iHasco continues to evolve and work on new courses to address emerging workplace challenges. Most recently, in response to the ‘Worker Protection Act’ that came into effect on 26th October 2024, iHasco introduced a new course offering guidance on the law requiring employers to take steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
