Bob Collis (Chair of the Bracknell Forest Economic and Skills Development Partnership) has released a podcast explaining how you can use flexible working initiatives to improve performance and productivity levels. He states that encouraging flexible working is good for everyone and has been shown to have a positive impact on productivity, employee retention and quality of work.
