The Bracknell BID hosted a Business Crime Reduction Service Webinar yesterday (10th February) detailing the DISC app launch, with the support of the National Business Crime Solution (NBCS), a national data sharing organisation and support network for BIDs.
Attendees were given a virtual tour of the service and a demo of DISC’s wide capacity for incident and intelligence reporting, as well as showcasing its ability to facilitate real-time alerts for low-level crime and anti-social behaviour.
The Business Crime Reduction Service will make it easier for businesses to work together to share business crime intelligence, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour. You can find out more information on our website.
This service is fully funded by the BID for BID levy paying businesses, and should greatly improve the effectiveness and sharing of crime intelligence between businesses in the area, improving safety and security for all businesses and their staff.
