Bracknell BID is holding a course for BID area workers, hosted by the South Central Ambulance Charity, which will help provide you with invaluable knowledge on how to deliver potentially life-saving help.
The session will be hosted at Ozone Ice Rink, Western Trade Centre, Western Road, RG12 1RW, on Wednesday 21st February, at 9:30am to 11:30am. Free parking, refreshments and bathroom facilities will be available.

The training includes both theory and practical elements.
The key aspects are:
- How to recognize a cardiac arrest using a primary survey
- How to perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- How to use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Advice and guidance to the #BusinessLifeSaver on how to reflect after delivering life saving support.
All attendees will receive a certificate upon completion.
Note: the Basic Life Support Awareness Training Course is only available for BID area workers (i.e employees within the Southern and Western Business Area).
