Bracknell Jobs Fair 2025 – supporting Local Employers and Job Seekers

On Thursday 4th September 2025, Bracknell BID partnered with The Lexicon to host a free Jobs Fair in Princess Square Shopping Centre. The event brought together businesses from a wide range of sectors across Bracknell, providing job seekers with the opportunity to discuss their current roles, explore career aspirations, and identify suitable vacancies. It also offered businesses a valuable platform to network and build long-term professional relationships.

Despite the rain, hundreds of candidates attended the Jobs Fair to explore opportunities with the 17 participating businesses from the BID area and The Lexicon. The event supported one of the BID’s key objectives: assisting with staff recruitment, training, and development in the local area.

Feedback from both employers and attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with several businesses arranging follow-up interviews and applications with candidates.

Bracknell Forest Skills Hub and The Skills and Business Hub were also present, offering guidance, helping attendees clarify career goals, and support candidates in taking the next step toward their desired roles

Bracknell BID extends its thanks to all businesses that hosted a stand, including Bracknell Forest Council, Vodaphone, Thames Valley, Cadence Design, Reliance High Tech, The Skills and Business Hub, In ‘N’ Out Autocentres, John Lewis Partnership, Thames Hospice, Musica, GE Vernova, Break Through, Home Instead, AAB and the Department for Working Pensions. We also thank all attendees and The Lexicon for their support in making the event a success.
