Sebastian’s Action Trust – Events & Challenges, and CSR Opportunities

Sebastian’s Action Trust are a local Bracknell Forest charity that provides emotional, social and practical care for life-limited and life-threatened children and their families.

Sebastian’s Action Trust have released their events and challenges flyer detailing various fundraising activities that businesses and workers can get involved with, which can be accessed here.

Sebastian’s Action Trust also have a corporate social responsibility (CSR) volunteering programme that is exciting, extensive and varied.

Groups of volunteers from businesses can support the charity by undertaking an ever-increasing range of vital tasks at their two family outreach and respite centres – The Woodlands and The Bluebells.

Their focus is on providing every one of their CSR groups with a worthwhile and fulfilling experience and they have a huge impact.

Thanks to their volunteers efforts, Sebastian’s Action Trust are able to maintain and develop the centres’ buildings and grounds, meaning families can enjoy quality time together to relax and recharge in beautiful, well-maintained and peaceful surroundings.

As a CSR volunteer you can get involved in projects that include general garden maintenance, ground clearance, pruning bushes and clearing leaves, as well as painting and decorating and helping set up for family events, such as their Easter egg hunt, ‘Christmas in July’ party, annual remembrance service, families’ Christmas parties and activity days. If you would like to book a team to undertake a project, or learn more about CSR opportunities at Sebastian’s Action Trust, please contact via phone (01344) 622500, or email fundraising@sebastiansactiontrust.org
