In partnership with Absolutely Fitness, Bracknell BID are offering FREE spinning classes with a personal trainer exclusive to BID area workers (i.e employees within the Southern and Western Business Area of Bracknell).
The sessions will be hosted at 5:30pm to 6:15pm on Thursdays at Absolutely Fitness, Easthampstead Road, RG12 1NS, with August’s sessions occurring every 2 weeks and every week thereafter.
Bracknell BID’s 1st Spinning Class in partnership with Absolutely Fitness attracted a great turnout! The next Spinning Class will be on Wednesday 17th August at 5:30pm.

As there is a set amount of spinning bikes available, registration for each session is essential.
