In partnership with Absolutely Fitness, Bracknell BID are offering FREE spinning classes with a personal trainer exclusive to BID area workers (i.e employees within the Southern and Western Business Area of Bracknell).
The sessions will be hosted at 5:30pm to 6:15pm every Thursday at Absolutely Fitness, Easthampstead Road, RG12 1NS, with the first month’s sessions occurring every 2 weeks.

Focusing on endurance, high-intensity and strength, the spinning classes feature a soundtrack to get you pumped, with a personal trainer on hand to lead you through the calorie-burning workout.
