Bracknell Forest Council Child Employment Team is taking part in a campaign to raise awareness of the regulations in relation to the employment of young persons.
There are strict rules concerning the hours a young person may work and the types of work they may do. Additionally, employing a young person of compulsory school age, without a permit is a criminal offence and may be subject to legal action.
