In partnership with Bracknell Forest Council and Sustrans, Bracknell BID is hosting free spring and summer Walks for Wellbeing fortnightly on Wednesdays for BID area workers! The promotional flyer can be downloaded here.
These walks have been created for adults of all ages and abilities with the aim of promoting physical and mental wellbeing through exercise, and are around 1.5 miles in length, taking around 30 minutes to complete.
The walking routes will vary each session at different starting locations, taking in the picturesque views of Farleymoor Lake, the peaceful ambience of Arlington Square, as well as a walk on the boardwalk trail through an enchanting ancient woodland within Wildridings Copse.
There isn’t a better way to enjoy your lunchtime away from the office taking in some of the natural beauty than through Walks for Wellbeing!
