Bracknell BID Bootcamp Sessions


Bracknell BID would like to help improve BID employee’s health and fitness as well as reducing stress, by offering fully-funded after work Bootcamp group sessions with a personal trainer.

The sessions will be hosted at 5pm to 6pm every Wednesday for 5 weeks, commencing on Wednesday 27th July at 329 Bracknell, Doncastle Road, RG12 8PE. Free parking will be available as well as bathroom facilities.

The BID Funded FREE Bootcamp sessions led by a personal-trainer are available to those wishing to get fit, of low to moderate ability, and will consist of:

– Ab work

– Body pump

– Stretching

– Running

– Circuits

– Boxercise

– Kettlercise

– Aerobics

The sessions are only available and free to those working in the BID area (Western and Southern Business Areas).

RAM Fitness

Ray, owner of RAM Fitness, who will lead the group on behalf of the BID, has over 10 years’ experience as a qualified personal trainer and is a Body Transformation Expert, having transformed over 500 people. Ray has also participated in film and television roles in establishing himself as a credible source of health, wellbeing and fitness advice, appearing on Channel 5 health programme ‘It’s Your Fault I’m Fat’, Channel 4 programme ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’, and BBC’s ‘Tom Kerridge – Lose Weight for Good’.
