Bracknell BID’s FREE bootcamp sessions extended until September

Due to the success of the group bootcamp sessions, Bracknell BID have now extended the sessions up until September.

Bracknell BID aim to help improve BID employee’s health and fitness as well as reducing stress, by offering fully-funded after work Bootcamp group sessions with a personal trainer. The Bootcamp sessions take place indoors (with heating and air-conditioning) within the gym facility for the colder seasons and poor weather conditions.

The sessions will be hosted every 5pm to 6pm on Wednesday, at 329 Bracknell, Doncastle Road, RG12 8PE. Free parking will be available as well as bathroom facilities.

The BID Funded FREE Bootcamp sessions led by a personal-trainer are available to those wishing to get fit and will consist of: ab work, body pump, stretching, circuits, boxercise, kettlercise, running, and aerobics.
