Bracknell BID is calling on local businesses, employees and volunteers to take part in a community Tidy Day on Thursday 19th March, from 12pm to 2pm, as part of the nationwide Great British Spring Clean campaign.
The event will focus on litter-picking across the Southern and Western Business Area, helping to enhance the local environment and create a cleaner, more welcoming space for the thousands of people who travel through the area daily using its roads, footpaths and cycle routes.
Volunteers are asked to meet at Natural Baby Shower, 3 Westpoint, Western Road, Bracknell, RG12 1HJ, before being assigned tidy-up locations within the BID area.
The initiative aims to encourage community pride while giving local businesses and workers an opportunity to connect with colleagues, neighbours and fellow volunteers. Organisers emphasise that even a short amount of time spent helping can make a meaningful impact.
Businesses interested in supporting additional environmental initiatives, such as bulb planting or landscaping projects, are encouraged to contact Bracknell BID via email at enquiries@bracknellbid.co.uk.
Bracknell BID hopes the event will bring the business community together while supporting efforts to keep the town clean, vibrant and welcoming this spring.
