Bracknell BID Supports Employee Wellbeing with Health and Wellbeing MOT

As part of its ongoing commitment to Health and Wellbeing across the estate, Bracknell BID hosted a Health and Wellbeing MOT at Maxis, working alongside PureGym to support staff wellbeing within the BID area.

The initiative gave employees and passers-by the opportunity to focus on their personal Health and Wellbeing, with PureGym representatives available to discuss fitness goals, healthier lifestyle choices, and practical steps to improve everyday wellbeing at work. As part of the session, employee healthchecks, including blood pressure testing, were carried out, helping individuals gain valuable insights into their overall health.

This activity highlighted Bracknell BID’s strong commitment to staff wellbeing, recognising the importance of preventative care and accessible employee healthchecks in supporting a healthy, productive workforce. By delivering Health and Wellbeing initiatives directly on the estate, the BID continues to invest in the long-term wellbeing of employees across the business community.
