Sebastian’s Action Trust is a charity serving the South East of England, including Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding areas . SAT provides a tailored programme of support to help families navigate the emotional and practical challenges that come with caring for a child with complex needs.

It offers practical help and emergency transport in times of crisis, and it advocates for families in collaboration with other service providers.
