Business development and growth through collaboration and investment

Who We Are

Bracknell Business Improvement District (BID) is a business-led, not-for-profit partnership established in 2020 to enhance the trading environment in the Southern and Western Business Areas of Bracknell, known as the 'BID Area'. The BID funds projects and initiatives that directly benefit businesses within the area, reflecting their needs, while fostering continuous investment and supporting growth.

Spanning approximately 400 acres, the BID area is home to over 300 businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, industrial, office, technology, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services. These businesses are vital to the local economy and have national and international significance.

In 2024, the BID successfully secured a second five year term, with 85% of businesses voting in favour in its renewal ballot. This strong mandate ensures the BID will continue delivering valuable services and improvements until at least March 2030.

The BID’s mission is to drive collaboration, investment, and growth within the Southern and Western Business Areas. By working together, businesses can unlock new opportunities, improve the business environment, and create a thriving, sustainable business community in Bracknell.

What We Do

Bracknell BID delivers projects and initiatives against two objectives: Infrastructure, and Business Growth and Investment
