Data Manager

Eteach.com is looking to hire a highly skilled Data Manager and MS Dynamics CRM expert. As our Data Manager, you will report to the IT Director and Managing Director. You will be a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI reporting (or Domo reporting). You will help us manage our customer contact data in line with GDPR and build intelligent reports, contribute to sales planning, improve our sales invoicing processes and provide excellent support across the business.

Day-to-day responsibilities in the position of CRM Manager will include:

• CRM – Delivering a full system health check and realigning the system to current and future needs working with senior Directors of the business.
• You will have a keen understanding of customer life cycle strategy, measurement and excellent communication.
• You will work with key stakeholders to improve the current system to encourage sales and continued growth through process optimisation.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, using our Domo reporting to deliver real-time reports to leadership continuously refining strategies to optimize performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams – Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and IT to ensure seamless execution of CRM, Customer Data and Intelligence.
• Cross-system integration Website, Finance, Sales Pipeline, Customer Success Team.
• Project management and implementation of new developments and improvements to our CRM processes.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally, you will have a relevant Degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Data management experience
• Excellent communication skills with strong business acumen and a high level of personal drive and determination.
• Enthusiasm, Hard work and Attention to detail are essential
• Passion for analytics and manipulating data
• Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Powerapps and visual reporting experience (PowerBI or Domo)
