About this Event
Bracknell Business Improvement District (BID) are now offering FREE weekly lunchtime yoga sessions for employees who work in the BID area. Whether you’re looking to relax, improve your flexibility, or reduce stress, these sessions are designed to help you feel your best during your workday.
Why Attend?

- When: Every Tuesday 12:15 PM – 1:00 PM, See “Book your place” for all dates
- Where: The Lightbox, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, RG12 8FB
- Parking: Limited parking available, please consider using BID Bikes or walking to the venue if possible.
These sessions are only available to employees of businesses within the Southern and Western Business Areas (BID Area) of Bracknell.
What to Bring:
- Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of spare mats will be available for those who need them.
