January is the month when we can start to set ourselves some healthy New Year resolutions and goals, with the most popular resolution amongst Brits being to do more exercise or improving fitness (49%) for a third year in a row.
Bracknell BID would like to help achieve your New Year’s resolutions by offering fully-funded lunchtime fitness group sessions with a personal trainer.
These sessions are available to those wishing to get fit, of low to moderate ability, and will comprise of a light warm up and stretch, a jog along the Bracknell BID Healthy 5K route, which can be seen here, and a short cool down.
The sessions are only available and free to those working in the BID area (Western and Southern Business Areas).
The sessions will take place at 12pm to 1pm on Thursdays, commencing on the 27th January at 329 Bracknell, Doncastle Road.
If you are interested in attending any of these BID funded 5K sessions, click on the following links below to sign up. You can sign up to as many sessions as you wish, first come first served. Further sessions will be arranged subsequently.
Session 1: Thursday 27th January 12pm – 1pm.
Session 2: Thursday 3rd February 12pm – 1pm.
Session 3: Thursday 10th February 12pm – 1pm.
Session 4: Thursday 17th February 12pm – 1pm.
Session 5: Thursday 24th February 12pm – 1pm.

RAM Fitness
Ray, owner of RAM Fitness, who will lead the sessions on behalf of the BID, has over 10 years’ experience as a qualified personal trainer and is a Body Transformation Expert, having transformed over 500 people. Ray has also participated in film and television roles in establishing himself as a credible source of health, wellbeing and fitness advice, appearing on Channel 5 programme ‘It’s Your Fault I’m Fat’, Channel 4 programme ‘SAS: Who Dares WIns’, and BBC’s ‘Tom Kerridge – Lose Weight for Good’.
