In partnership with Absolutely Fitness, Bracknell BID offers weekly spinning classes for employees working within the Southern and Western Business Areas of Bracknell. These sessions are designed to support the health, well-being, and sense of community for local workers.
This initiative supports Bracknell BID’s Objective 1 by encouraging the development of facilities and amenities in pleasant surroundings where people who work in the BID area can eat, meet, or relax, while also creating schemes, benefits, and events that promote community, well-being, staff retention, and productivity. By providing a dedicated space for fitness, this project helps workers connect with colleagues, improve their health, and feel more engaged with the local business community.
Where and When
Spinning Class sessions take place every Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:15pm at Absolutely Fitness, Easthampstead Road, Bracknell, RG12 1NS. Free parking is available, along with bathrooms, storage, and changing facilities. As there are a limited number of bikes, registration for each session is essential.
