A new BID funded defibrillator for emergency use has been installed at the front of Bailey’s Garage, Bilton Industrial Estate in the Southern Business Area. The defibrillator is housed a locked cabinet which can be accessed with a code that can be retrieved by calling 999 in an emergency.

The defibrillator is available 24/7, fully automatic and can be used for both adults and children by simply changing settings. This is the third defibrillator the BID has funded and installed across the BID area, the others have been installed at Acorn House on Longshot Lane and Greggs on Western Road.

The BID would like to thank Bailey’s Garage and owner Donna Vittozzi (pictured) for hosting the defibrillator and Antham Electrical Ltd for installing it.
