Bracknell BID’s eighteenth funded FREE Bootcamp Session for BID area workers


Bracknell BID’s eighteenth fully funded Bootcamp Session with a personal trainer on Wednesday attracted a terrific turnout!

The BID will continue to fund further Bootcamp Sessions due to its continued popularity, with dates being released up until Christmas.
 
The BID would like to help improve BID area employee’s health and fitness as well as reducing stress, by offering these fully-funded after work Bootcamp group sessions with a personal trainer. The Bootcamp sessions take place indoors within the gym facility for the colder seasons.

The sessions take place at 5pm to 6pm every Wednesday with the next session to be held on 23rd November at 329 Bracknell, Doncastle Road, RG12 8PE. Free parking will be available as well as bathroom facilities. The sessions are only available and FREE to those working in the BID area (Western and Southern Business Areas).

The BID Funded Bootcamp sessions led by a personal-trainer are available to those wishing to get fit and will consist of:

– Ab work           – Circuits 

– Body pump     – Boxercise

– Stretching       – Kettlercise

– Running          – Aerobics

The sessions are only available and FREE to those working in the BID area (Western and Southern Business Areas). To learn more, click here.

RAM Fitness Ray, owner of RAM Fitness, who will lead the group on behalf of the BID, has over 10 years’ experience as a qualified personal trainer and is a Body Transformation Expert, having transformed over 500 people. Ray has also participated in film and television roles in establishing himself as a credible source of health, wellbeing and fitness advice, appearing on Channel 5 health programme ‘It’s Your Fault I’m Fat’, Channel 4 programme ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’, and BBC’s ‘Tom Kerridge – Lose Weight for Good’.
