Bracknell Forest ‘Let’s Face It’ Mental Health Awareness Training – 27th February


Places are still available on a brand-new local mental health awareness training course, ‘Let’s Face it’ launched by Bracknell Forest Council’s Public Health team. This FREE virtual training aims to:

  • Explain what mental health is and how it impacts our everyday life. 
  • A summary of key mental health issues and local lived experiences.
  • Highlight signs of poor mental health and workplace impact.
  • Explain impact of stigma.
  • Introduce the A.S.K conversation framework.
  • Workplace case study breakout activity.
  • Open forum for Q&A and to discuss ways we can create psychologically safe environments.
