Bracknell Forest Let’s Face It! Mental Health Awareness training – 27th February

FREE 2 hour training session – Bracknell Forest Let’s Face It! Mental Health Awareness

Places are still available on a brand-new local mental health awareness training course, ‘Let’s Face it’ launched by Bracknell Forest Council’s Public Health team. The next session will be hosted virtually on 27th February 9.30am – 11.30pm. Businesses are encouraged to take part to increase their understanding of mental health and gain the skills and confidence to support themselves and others who may be experiencing poor mental health. The training aims to:

  • What mental health is and how it impacts our everyday life.
  • A summary of key mental health issues and local lived experiences.
  • Signs of poor mental health and workplace impact.
  • The impact of stigma.
  • Introducing the A.S.K conversation framework.
  • Workplace case study breakout activity.
  • Open forum for Q&A and to discuss ways we can create psychologically safe environments.
