Bracknell Forest Council Community Learning launches new Well-being Programme

Community Learning has launched its new programme of wellness courses for adults. With a focus on self-care, the new Well-being Programme contains a winning combination of courses which includes journalling, movement for wellness, how to manage anxiety and depression, creative writing and even a spa day for your mind!

There’s an opportunity to get creative with calligraphy or watercolour painting and relax with mindfulness and journalling during their Open Day on 30th September, 10am – 3pm at Bracknell Open Learning Centre. As part of The Great Wellness Exchange, invited guests will also be offering health checks and demos plus free Tai Chi and chair yoga sessions.
