Artist confirmed for new subway mural

Award-winning artist Lynne Hollingsworth has been commissioned to create a new mural in the pedestrian subway which connects the Southern and Western Business Areas in Bracknell.

.

The mural will be painted over three consecutive weekends (Thursday to Monday) beginning from 16 September in the subway which runs under Berkshire Way.

.

Lynne has painted professionally for over 20 years and will be helped with the painting and delivery of the mural by local volunteers.  

.

The mural, which is being funded by the Bracknell BID part of works to improve the Oldbury and Downmill Road pedestrian and cycleway link, will be completed in early October.
