Emergency First Aid at Work Training

The Bracknell BID is pleased to invite you to attend our upcoming Emergency First Aid at Work training, delivered by Greenbox. This comprehensive 7-hour course is designed to equip attendees with the essential skills and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations within the workplace.

Course Overview
This accredited training will cover key life-saving techniques and practical knowledge, including:

• Understanding the role and responsibilities of a First Aider
• Assessing an emergency situation
• First aid for a casualty who is unresponsive and breathing normally
• First aid for a casualty who is unresponsive and not breathing (including use of an AED)
• Treatment for a casualty suffering from a seizure
• First aid for a choking casualty
• First aid treatment for external bleeding, including treatment of shock
• First aid for bites, stings, and minor injuries including burns

Who should attend?
This course is ideal for businesses looking to ensure they have qualified first aiders on-site, as well as individuals wanting to gain essential emergency response skills. Upon completion all attendees will receive a Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate and CPD evidence.

Please note: by confirming your place on this training, you are committing to attend. Due to the cost of delivering this course, if you do not attend on the day and fail to find a timely replacement you will be held financially liable for the cost of the place and will be invoiced to this effect.

If you are no longer able to attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another business. All notifications must be made 48hrs in advance, within the work week.
