A small but mighty eatery brings fresh, local food to the Bracknell BID area

The team at Butler & Walrus are proud to show off their café which brings fresh, local produce to the area.

Based at Maxis Business Park, the ‘delightful’ cafe and is open to both on-site tenants as well as other businesses and members of the public.

Serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, their Instagrammable food tastes just as good as it looks.

Chef Manager Elliott said: “People don’t really know that we’re here as we’re tucked away in a corner, but we’d really love it if more people knew about us!

“I’m so proud about the quality of our produce and food that we use here. We buy everything fresh from local suppliers and butchers. A big thing for us is that we make everything from scratch. Everything that you eat here is made with love.

“We love to support and team up with local businesses too. By using our local suppliers it allows us to support others in the area.”

Elliott and his loyal team have been at Butler & Walrus for over 4 years now after completely revamping the café. They started from scratch and listened to what customers really wanted in the area.

Elliott created a new menu with new dishes and recipes changing weekly.

Their dishes include;

  • The Butler & Walrus Hot Breakfast offer every day from 7.30 – 10am
  • Hot lunch offer every day between 12 – 2pm
  • Grab and go sandwiches, wraps, salads, plus each week there’s a chef’s special.
  • All day coffee bar for your caffeine fix.
  • Chilled soft drinks, confectionary, sweet bites and freshly baked cakes/tray bakes.

Elliott added: “I like being a part of Bracknell BID because it pulls the local business community together. I do a lot of relief work, so I’ve worked in a lot of sites across the south, and this is the first time I’ve come across something like this – where all the businesses come together and support each other.

“It feels a lot more like a community and I think it’s great that the BID team have done this”
