The Panasonic Direct Bracknell BID Promotion: 10% off for qualifying Bracknell BID  account holders (hereafter referred to as “the Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH (Branch number BR015033) whose registered address is Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1RT, UK.

Eligibility

• The Promotion is applicable to residents of the UK and Ireland who are aged 18 years or over provided that they purchase the product from Panasonic Direct (https://panasonicdirect.store.panasonic.co.uk) (the “Panasonic Direct Website”)and (Technics UK | Technics Store UK) Technics website.
• The Promotion starts on 00:00 on 1^st April 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 31^st March 2027 or while stock lasts, which ever earlier(the “Promotional Period”). Promotional
• code will update each month starting at 00:00am on the 1^st day until 23:59 on the last day of the month.

Process

• In order to qualify to participate in the Promotion, Participants must hold an eligible Bracknell BID account and retrieve a unique, one time use code from the portal.
• The Promotion shall apply only to the Qualifying Products being all products. This can be subject to change at any time.
• It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Promotion.
• Panasonic reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the offer for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The decision of Panasonic is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• No responsibility can be accepted for any purchases that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.

The Promotion

• The promotional code: MAXIS10

• During the Promotional Period, participants, who must be Bracknell BID registered users, on using the promotional code obtained through Bracknell BID  on the Panasonic Direct and Technics Website at checkout.  The reduction in price will be taken off the full listed sale price on Panasonic Direct and Technics at checkout.
• Users must hold a valid Bracknell BID  account and not share these codes.  
• The promotional code can only be issued through Bracknell BID. No other method of verifying your status is eligible.
• The promotional code must be entered by the participant at check out on Panasonic Direct and Technics for the participant to benefit from the promotion.
• Each promotional code can only be used once. However, multiple promotional codes are available and multiple products may be purchased.
• Products must only be bought by and for the person with the Bracknell BID  code and cannot be transferred to anyone else to use. If anyone other than the Bracknell BID  account holder tries to use the discount then the discount will be withdrawn without notice.
• The promotional code will be valid for the duration of the Promotional Period or until promotional stock is no longer available and will cease to be active at the end of this period.
• If a discount has already been applied to the Qualifying Product as part of a Panasonic Direct or Technics sales promotion the Bracknell BID  discount will not be available as an additional discount.
• Postage & Packaging fees are excluded from the discount and no discount shall be applied to these costs.
• Panasonic & Technics reserve the right to cancel or amend this Promotion at any time and before the end of the Promotional Period without notice.

• Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation (including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act 2018) and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the promotion or if required to do so by law.
