In partnership with Absolutely Fitness, Bracknell BID are offering FREE spinning classes with a personal trainer exclusive to BID area workers (i.e employees within the Southern and Western Business Area of Bracknell).
The sessions will be hosted at 5:30pm to 6:15pm every Thursday at Absolutely Fitness, Easthampstead Road, Bracknell, RG12 1NS.
Free parking will be available as well as bathroom, storage and changing facilities. The promotional flyer can be downloaded here.
Focusing on endurance, high-intensity and strength, the spinning classes feature a soundtrack to get you pumped, with a personal trainer on hand to lead you through the calorie-burning workout.
