Practical, honest technology consultancy built on trust, transparency and customer-first outcomes
Where are you located within the BID area? Have you always been here?
We’re based in the 329 Building in Bracknell and have been here for around three months. The company originally started in Windsor, but Bracknell has become our main hub. For me, it was an obvious choice. Between Bracknell, Reading and London, you’re right in the middle of one of the UK’s biggest technology communities, so it made perfect sense to base ourselves here.
What’s your company’s history in Bracknell?
We’re still relatively new to Bracknell, but we’ve had connections across Berkshire for years. The business was founded in 2024 with the aim of giving organisations access to practical technology advice without the sales pressure that often comes with the industry. Since moving here, we’ve been focused on building relationships with local businesses and becoming part of the community.
Do you have multiple locations?
Bracknell is our headquarters, but we support businesses across the UK. Thanks to a combination of consultancy, remote services and specialist partners, location isn’t really a barrier for us.
How many staff do you have?
Currently between 5-10 employees. We have a growing team of technology professionals and work closely with a trusted network of specialist partners. That means clients get access to a broad range of expertise without having to manage multiple suppliers themselves.
What services or products do you provide?
We help businesses improve efficiency, strengthen compliance and get better value from their technology investments. That can include IT strategy, digital transformation, software solutions, cyber security, compliance, cloud services, technology procurement and business process improvements.
At the heart of it, we’re a consultancy. We don’t start with a product and look for somewhere to sell it. We start by understanding the business and then work out what the right solution looks like.
When and where were you founded, and by whom?
I founded the business in August 2024 after spending nearly a decade working across different areas of the technology industry. Throughout my career, I saw businesses struggling with overly complex systems, conflicting advice and technology that didn’t always support their goals. I wanted to create a consultancy that focused on honest conversations, practical solutions and long-term partnerships. What started with that vision has quickly grown into a trusted consultancy supporting organisations across Berkshire and beyond.
Who is the director?
I, Adam McCormack, am the Founder and Managing Director. I oversee the overall strategy, customer relationships and day-to-day operations of the business. A large part of my role is working directly with clients to understand their challenges, helping them align technology with their business objectives, and ensuring we continue to deliver the honest, customer-first approach that the company was built on.
Do you have a mission statement? What is your aim or key value you pride yourselves on?
For us, everything comes back to trust, transparency and integrity. We want to be the technology partner that businesses can rely on to give them honest advice, even if that doesn’t lead to the biggest project or the biggest sale.
Our aim is to build long-term relationships and help customers make decisions that genuinely improve their business, rather than just selling them technology for the sake of it.
What makes you different from competitors? Do you have a USP?
I think the biggest difference is that we’re not product pushers.
A lot of organisations have experienced suppliers who arrive with a pre-packaged solution before they’ve properly understood the problem. We take the opposite approach. We spend time understanding the business, the goals, the challenges and the inefficiencies, then build a solution around those requirements.
Every organisation is different, so we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We act as a trusted adviser first and a technology provider second.
Can you give us a word about your background, why your business is important, and how you retain customers and attract new business?
I graduated in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree in IT and Business Management. My career started in IT support before moving into project management, pre-sales, service delivery and consultancy roles. Over the last decade I’ve worked with organisations across a range of industries, helping them solve business challenges through technology.
One thing I’ve learned is that technology should support an organisation’s objectives, not dictate them. Too many businesses end up with solutions that don’t fit, simply because they’ve been sold a product rather than given proper advice.
That’s why I started the business. I wanted to create a consultancy that focuses on understanding customers first. We spend time learning about their growth plans, their objectives and their biggest challenges before we recommend anything.
We retain customers by being honest, accessible and genuinely invested in their success. When clients know you’re putting their interests first, relationships become long-term partnerships. That’s also why a lot of our new business comes through referrals and recommendations.
What makes your company successful in the current market?
Businesses are dealing with a huge amount of change, whether that’s cyber security, compliance, AI, digital transformation or cost pressures. The challenge isn’t always finding technology; it’s knowing what actually adds value.
Our success comes from helping organisations cut through the noise. We focus on education, practical advice and tailored solutions. Sometimes it’s as simple as sharing a piece of information a business wasn’t aware of. Other times it’s helping them completely rethink how technology supports their organisation.
Either way, the focus is always on delivering an outcome that works for the customer.
Has your company received any awards in recent years?
As a business founded in 2024, we’ve been concentrating on delivering successful outcomes for customers and building our reputation. While we haven’t focused on awards yet, we’re proud of the relationships we’ve built and the results we’ve delivered so far.
What is your favourite BID initiative and why?
I’m still getting familiar with everything the BID offers, but I’ve already attended one Meet Your Neighbour event and have another one in the diary.
For me, those events are incredibly valuable because they’re not just about selling. They’re about understanding local businesses, building relationships, sharing knowledge and finding opportunities to collaborate. Being a referral partner or a trusted contact can be just as valuable as winning a piece of work.
What do you do for the community and sustainability?
We’re strong believers in sharing knowledge and helping businesses make better decisions. Whether that’s through networking, collaboration or simply offering guidance, we’re always happy to support local organisations.
From a sustainability perspective, we encourage businesses to adopt technology that improves efficiency, reduces waste and supports more sustainable ways of working.
What are your business plans for the future?
We want to become one of Berkshire’s most trusted technology consultancies. We’ll continue growing our partner network, expanding our services and helping more organisations navigate technology challenges with confidence.
What’s important is that as we grow, we don’t lose the approach that got us here in the first place: putting customers first, building trust and delivering solutions that genuinely make a difference.
