Bracknell Business Improvement District (BID) is offering several FREE evening yoga taster sessions exclusively for employees who work within the BID area. These welcoming sessions are designed to help you unwind after work, stretch out tension, and leave feeling refreshed and re-energised.

Why Attend?

• Improve Flexibility & Strength: Increase your range of motion and build strength with mindful, gentle movements.
• Reduce Stress: Take a break from your busy day and unwind in a calming environment.

Session Details:

• When: April 14th, 21st and 28th 5:30-6:15pm. See booking details to select preferred date.
• Where: The Lightbox, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, RG12 8FB
• Parking: Limited parking available, please consider using BID Bikes or walking to the venue if possible.

These sessions are only available to employees of businesses within the Southern and Western Business Areas (BID Area) of Bracknell.

What to Bring:

• Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of spare mats will be available for those who need them.
