Bracknell Business Improvement District (BID) are now offering FREE lunchtime yoga sessions for employees who work in the BID area. Whether you’re looking to relax, improve your flexibility, or reduce stress, these sessions are designed to help you feel your best during your workday.

These sessions are only available to employees of businesses within the Southern and Western Business Areas (BID Area) of Bracknell.

- Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of spare mats will be available for those who need them.

Emergency First Aid at Work Training

Bracknell BID is offering an accredited Emergency First Aid at Work course delivered by Greenbox. This 7-hour session covers essential life-saving skills, including CPR, AED use, and emergency response. Attendees will gain the confidence to act in workplace emergencies. A certificate and CPD evidence are provided on completion. Places are limited to Bracknell BID employees.
